The organizational structure of CPAC is as follows:
- Chairman

- Permanent Secretariat

- Technical Commissions

- Members                                                                                   

The Chairman of CPAC is elected by the members for a 5-year mandate, renewable. He is in charge of running CPAC in collaboration with the Permanent Secretary. In case of incapacity to carry out his duties, he shall be replaced by the Chairman of one of the Commissions. The Chairman shall represent CPAC in CEMAC Member States;
Each technical commission shall be headed and run by a Chairman and a Rapporteur.                                                                                    The Permanent Secretary of CPAC shall run the permanent secretariat by ensuring the administrative, material and financial management of CPAC.He shall be elected by his peers and proposed to the CEMAC Executive Secretariat for his emoluments. His mandate shall be for 5 years, renewable. CPAC shall meet in ordinary session twice a year. An extraordinary session may be convened on request from the Chairman or by a majority of CPAC members.
Decisions shall be on consensus. In absence of a consensus, decisions shall be adopted on a two-thirds majority of statutory members.
